  • Complaints received after this 24-hour window will not be accepted or entertained.
  • All complaints must include clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the defect or issue.
  • Failure to provide adequate proof will result in automatic rejection of the claim.

2. No Returns or Refunds Except for Manufacturing Defects

  • We have a strict no-return, no-refund policy owing to hygiene reasons related to solid perfumes.
  • Only claims related to verifiable, significant manufacturing defects reported within the prescribed timeframe will be considered for refund or replacement.
  • All returns/refunds are subject to prior approval by Tough Creations, which reserves the right to reject any claim at its sole discretion.
  • Requests for refund or replacement must be made by contacting our support team at info@shoptough.in with all documentation within the 24-hour period.

3. Additional Terms

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and sent back in original packaging when requested.
  • Shipping costs for returns, if applicable, will generally be borne by the customer unless otherwise directed.
