Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the order fulfillment process at Tough Creations, including shipping timelines, carrier involvement, liability limitations, international specifics, and customer responsibilities. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: Orders for Solid Perfumes are processed within 1-7 business days after full payment and confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may require a longer processing window; specific delivery commitments are made at the time of order.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with order details, and a shipping update with carrier tracking details once your consignment is handed over.
  • Preparation: Quality control, secure packaging, and correct labeling are ensured prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Zones & Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: All orders within India are shipped via approved courier partners or speed post. Estimated transit time is 5-7 business days, but may vary with remote pin codes and regional limitations.
  • International Shipping: International orders ship via leading courier aggregators or speed post. Transit times, duties, and delivery are subject to customs and carrier processes; estimates are provided at checkout, but unforeseen customs delays may occur.
  • Shipping Fees: Transparent shipping costs are shown at checkout. Any duties, import taxes, or local charges outside India are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No Hidden Charges: All applicable shipping or handling fees are disclosed prior to payment. Orders cannot be split for partial shipments.

3. Order Modifications & Address Policy

  • Change Requests: Address corrections or order modifications must be requested before dispatch. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries may incur a reshipment fee.

4. Delivery, Risk & Carrier Liability

  • Hand-Over Point: Once consignment is handed over to the selected carrier, Tough Creations’s responsibility ends. Carrier delays (traffic, weather, strikes, customs) are outside our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier handoff. Tough Creations is not responsible for parcel delays or losses after this point.
  • Force Majeure: Delays from natural disasters, political disruptions, or events beyond control are not covered by guaranteed delivery timelines.

5. Failed Delivery & Non-Receipt

  • Undelivered Packages: If a package is marked undelivered by the courier, contact us within 3 days for resolution. We will assist with carrier investigation, but refunds or replacements are subject to carrier claims approval.
  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders returned due to non-availability without valid claim are refunded minus shipping charges, if applicable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • Reporting Window: Any damage, defect or incorrect product claim must be notified to customer support (info@shoptough.in) within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos and details, for eligibility review under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Replacement/Refund: Upon verification and approval, refunds or replacements are processed per our policy. Liability is strictly limited to product value; no consequential damages will be entertained.

7. Payment Authorization

  • Tough Creations is not liable for any loss resulting from declined payment authorizations, exceeding preset payment limits, or failed transactions due to banks or gateways.

8. Tracking & Support

  • Order Tracking: All shipments include tracking details. You may monitor shipment status via our courier partner’s portal using the provided tracking ID.

9. Dispute & Escalation

  • Escalation: If unresolved for 30+ days, escalate your complaint to the Grievance Officer via info@shoptough.in. You may further register via the National Consumer Helpline for escalation.
